SUMMARY ABOUT ME

I want to present myself as a Tech Founder and innovation Enthusiast. Even though I have worked more than 2 decades experience which draws on a multitude of backgrounds and skills. I represent a good combination of creativity, experience and management expertise. Beyond that, I am also defining myself as a problem solver and innovative person. My focus right now is to build a platform that will support crypto utilization and ID digitalization.

MY CAREER

I started my career in the hotel industry with last position as Director of Operation and Revenue Management at Sari Pan Pacific Hotel, a 5-stars hotel in Jakarta. 

After several years working in the hospitality industry, I saw the opportunity to broaden my knowledge and skill in telco industry. I developed solution for internet backbone in cooperation with Cable and Wireless Hong Kong Telecom (CWHKT) and Voice Over IP in cooperation with CWHKT, MCI, AT&T, and Time Telecom Malaysia. I also maintained business networking with UUNET, Netplus, and Loral Orion for Internet backbone. 

Later on, I established a Loyalty Program Platform company (2010) and a Point Exchange Platform company (2015). At the beginning these companies were engaged in reward management service where we developed a digital application to collect and integrate customer data through reward system to provide better analysis for our clients. At the time, our clients include big shopping malls, trade centers and retails in Jakarta.

My experience with the above companies have enhanced my knowledge and expertise in technology and therefore in 2015, I decided to establish a fintech company with the objective to enable people to do low-cost, highly efficient and timeless transactions through crypto asset ecosystem. I believe crypto market still has huge opportunity in the future.

Customer Relationship Management Program

I comprehended a tool to identify customer spending behavior and also have skills to measure the effectiveness of budget promotion from the Marketing department.

Voucher Management Sytem and Point Exchange

I have been managing voucher to integrated solutions for point exchange and voucher management as an add-on of Loyalty Program Management System.

Customer Experience Management System

As my responsibility in managing customers, I have been working with a software tool to control a company Service Level Agreement (SLA) to give the best and the most efficient services to the client.

Ticketing Management System

I’m able to put myself in a situation like ticketing. I try my best and try another scenario in the best way to make a Total Solution for Ticketing System, including online selling, venue ticketing security system.

Leadership and Management Skills

I always tried to give my team a space and time to explore and assign their ideas that relate to the product. We do trial and error. We made a roadmap which tells the process of our product development. I put forward discipline and time management for the team. Things should be on schedule and developed properly.

Problem Solving and Creating Innovation

I liked to discuss ideas to solve problems that may occur in the team. To be able to deliver a great product, I should put myself in the center of my team and provide a solution to answer all the problems that they may encounter.
